For someone who loves her voice, I'm certainly not using it a whole lot these days, am I? I blame the end of summer. Seattle's pulling out all the stops this time around: gorgeous bright blue 70-degree days, every garden center in town is having a sale, and there's nothing better than sitting out on the front porch watching the world go by. Gimlet in hand.

As tragic as this sounds- I am ready for turtleneck weather.
Oh, meh. Just...*meh*.
It was 96 here yesterday, with 95% humidity, I kid you not.
What I wouldn't give right now for a 70-degree day, sunny or otherwise. That, however, won't happen until at least mid-October.

We were pleasantly shocked (Water From The Sky Stormwatch 2007!!!) to have rain in Los Angeles two entire days in a row, two days before before the last day of Summer, no less. I'm gonna take the unpopular view and vote for Autumn, if only because I hope that water will fall from the sky again soon...
